ICCDK Calls on Kenyan Enterprise to Join Its Delegation to the London Halal Forum 2026

The Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development Kenya (ICCDK) is calling on its members and Kenyan enterprises across the halal, agribusiness, finance, and trade sectors to join the official Kenya delegation to the London Halal Forum 2026, taking place 10–11 October 2026 at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London. Organized by ICCD Global and the Islamic Chamber Research and Information Center (ICRIC), the Forum returns for its second edition under the theme "Halal Tayyib for Humanity" — a call to treat halal not merely as a certification mark, but as a complete standard of professionalism, sound governance, sustainability, transparency, and responsible economic conduct. Building on the model of the Makkah Halal Forum, London's edition will bring together policymakers, business leaders, investors, and innovators from across the OIC's 57 member states, spanning nine sectors of the halal economy: food and beverage, tourism and hospitality, Islamic finance, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fashion and lifestyle, services, technology, and the wider economy. The two-day programme includes strategic sessions, an Islamic Arts Expo, an AI Halal Platform showcase, the Halal Souq marketplace, masterclasses, and exclusive gatherings designed to shape policy recommendations and strengthen cooperation across the global halal ecosystem. For ICCDK, the London Forum extends the relationship formalized at the Makkah Halal Forum and the 41st ICCD General Assembly, where ICCDK's own affiliation to the ICCD family was confirmed. London now offers Kenyan enterprise a direct opportunity to stand alongside chambers and businesses from across the wider Islamic economy, to explore partnerships, and to help shape the standards and market access questions the Forum sets out to answer.
